Which payment methods can you use with us?

All payments are processed by Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe, the integrated payment provider. Please visit www.stripe.com for more information.

Additionally, we provide express checkout options via Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay for your shopping convenience.

I chose the wrong payment method, can I change it?
Unfortunately, the payment method cannot be changed after payment has been completed at checkout.

Can I get a refund for an order that I have already paid for?

We do not facilitate any exchanges, returns or refunds.

Please ensure that you have checked the order in your cart prior to proceeding with payment.

How much does delivery cost?

FREE Shipping
For all orders over $200 AUD.

Flat Rate Shipping
$30 AUD for all orders under $200 AUD.

***Please note that we currently provide shipping throughout Australia only.***

Can I also pick up my goods?

We currently only serve our customers online and do not offer local pickup. All ordered products are sent directly to your home or to a specified delivery address throughout Australia.

When will my order be delivered?

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
From the time your order is placed, it will take 1-3 business days to process your order. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Delivery Time (local stock)
If your order is available from our local stock, it will be shipped to you as soon as processed. Local delivery generally takes up to 3 business days.

Delivery Time (international stock)
If your order is not available from our local stock, it will be ordered from our supplier, Chogan, located in Italy. All orders from our supplier generally take up to 21 business days (4 weeks).

We are currently working on expanding the volume of local stock to be able to fulfil orders much quicker.

I haven't received my delivery yet, what can I do?

If you have not received your order within 4 weeks, contact our support team on support@parfumavenue.co

We will take care of your matter on priority and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

My package was not delivered to me, although the postal service tracking shows that it arrived. What do I do now?

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us on support@parfumavenue.co

Also, ask your neighbours if they have received the package.

What are fragrance notes?

In a perfume, top notes, heart notes and base notes are different fragrance components that develop on the skin over time.

Top note

The top note is the first impression of the perfume that you notice immediately after application. The top note is light, fresh and fleeting. It evaporates relatively quickly and reveals the first aromas of the perfume.

Heart note

The heart note develops once the top note fades. It is the main part of the fragrance and is revealed after the perfume has been on the skin for a while. The heart note is more complex and forms the character of the fragrance. It can be floral, spicy or fruity.

Base note

The base note is the longest lasting component of a perfume. It appears after the top and middle notes have faded. The base note is deep, heavy and gives the perfume its stability and depth. It often contains woody, musky or warm aromas.
